The best deodorant I ever used was Mitchum Deodorant but that has aluminium in and some of the things people say about that particular ingredient are kind of scary, like actual real life scary not just I’m afraid of ponging a little bit scary. So although some of the claims are not fully substantiated, if I can go natural and not have to worry about that at all, surely that’s the better option. Enter nuud. nuud kept popping up on my timeline and after a little research I thought I’d give it a go.

When I was about 17 or 18, I said to myself, “when I turn 30, I’m going to start buying Oil of Ulay, so I stay looking young.” I will always remember it as Ulay, you will not sway me. I thought that thirty would be a good time to start caring about how old my skin looked. Because when you’re 18, 30 seems old. When I actually turned 30, I did not do this.

You may have noticed (or not), that there hasn’t been much movement with this blog for a while. Sure, my Song Of The Month posts have still been popping up, but those are scheduled until February 2021. Don’t look at me like that! I went through a very productive period last year. But for the rest of WoefulToFroFull, I don’t know exactly what it’s been – writer’s block, apathy, boredom, my usual procrastination, who knows? Damn that tube looks like it’s seen some things. Bashed to hell, the label coming off in my hand every time I touch it. I have to admit that I’m a bit on the fence about how important curl patterns are to me and my kids. Sometimes its a thing that bothers me. I’ll keep this short and sweet because I’m pretty much over shampoo at this point. In fact, I don’t really need it.To put this in perspective, the only reason I’m on to my second bottle of the Palmer’s Olive Oil Smoothing Shampoo is because I have gremlins in my bathroom that use my products without asking! I am naming no names…

I don’t think I smell but I can get paranoid about it. Especially in the summer or on the rare occasion I go out. And I don’t mean out of the house, I mean “out, out!” You want to feel fresh, confident and unworried. I know it’s not as sexy as the newest super face mask doing the rounds on social media or a Northern Lights inspired highlighter but we all sweat. Deal with it!

A few days after starting the Soap & Glory product range in early July, I got ID’ed for a scratchcard…twice. I didn’t have my driving licence so I walked away from the till, embarrassed and robbed of my almost definite winning scratchcards. Needless to say I haven’t tried buying a card since but I attribute this recent change in how people view my age 100% down to this range of products…haha, not quite! But it’s quite the curious coincidence.

I opened the bottle of the Carol’s Daughter Hair Milk and had a little whiff and all I can say is that it wasn’t a good first impression. 

I am in no ways promoting that #productjunkielife but I’m sort of promoting that product junkie life! I did a post like this last year and I haven’t used all of those products so the fact my stocks have been replenished is…amazing! I’m not gonna lie. So excited to try these products too and add them to the Woeful To FroFull Product Cupboard of Wonders. #ProductJunkiesUnite !!!!
