As we all know, SheaMoisture is one of the largest natural hair care brands in the world even after their recent marketing missteps. If you cannot be bothered to read ingredients lists or are just looking for a brand that is more likely than not suitable for a healthy hair journey then I would say they are a good place to start. When I decided to buy my first co-wash I had no idea what I was doing. In the UK, you can’t just walk into your local supermarket and buy hair products specifically for black hair/ kinky hair. You might find curly hair products if you’re lucky and if you do, the selection is small. My usual place to buy products for hair, skin or beauty is Boots and they had none. So the last time I used Apple Cider Vinegar I was an ACV virgin. I’m definitely not an expert now but my second attempt was a massive success.
