I’ve recently started doing product reviews again in earnest after quite a substantial gap. The last one was last month, the one before that was December 2018. I’ll try my best to recall all the pertinent facts about the Carol’s Daughter Black Vanilla range. I’ve been trying it over the last year and a bit. I know crazy right, who can make a product last that long? Well it’s mainly the shampoo that’s stood the test of time because we’re a co-washing household and I get distracted by other products almost constantly.

I may or may not have mentioned that I’m a procrastinator. A list maker. A thinker not a doer. But look at me getting my sh*t together and actually doing something from my bucket list. I did that! A table for one, dining alone, eating by myself. Check!

I’m someone who generally keeps my cards close to my chest. There are people that have known me for years and as much as they may know my personality, I don’t know if they know me. I did a travel bucket list a little while ago and I’m glad to announce that I’ve completed one of the items. Woo!!! I was so lucky to get to go to Disney World last year. I haven’t really posted anything on here about the trip put there are a few snaps on my Instagram. But bucket lists aren’t all about travel. They can be about challenging yourself, growing or just an excuse to do something random. This post doesn’t contain an exhaustive list, but I think this’ll be a good start. 

I can’t speak for everyone but I blog because it makes me happy. I do not make a penny from this. In fact, at times, it’s been quite an expensive hobby with the add ons to the website, security features, domain registrations, buying products to test and what not. But no matter what, I keep writing.

LINK TO THE VIDEO I was lucky enough to see the Arctic Monkeys at Glastonbury when they were touring their first album. I’ve seen quite a few bands live but honestly this set was one of the best.

I suppose there are lots of people that call themselves experts when it comes to doling out parenting advice. I’m about to become one of those people!
