It was a long, long time ago but I remember going to Creamfields with my friend Heather and seeing a few acts. I can’t remember the majority of them, but I remember watching Faithless and Basement Jaxx. And even though both where better than I could have ever imagined, if one of those acts music spoke to me more, it was Basement Jaxx. They had some proper good tunes, it’d have your 2018 self saying “Issa bop.” Like every song.
But this song was The One, sang by the lovely Kele Le Roc. Unforunately, she wasn’t singing the night we saw them but they had a great roster of touring singers that would step in for the big names and honestly, they knew how to put on a show. Aw, memories!
