Song of the Month

Song Of The Month March 2020 – Demi Lovato Tell Me You Love Me

I think it took me a while to notice Demi Lovato existed. I always thought she was some predictable annoying addition to that cheesy pop scene. But I’m not sure how I missed her because that girl can sing! I remember her from Camp Rock and sort of discounted her as a little teeny bopper but as she’s got older, more confident, more open about her issues, I started to feel an affinity towards her. Now this particular song, I was about 10 months late to the party, but if you could’ve seen my YouTube watch history after I first heard it, I may have looked like a proper Lovatic. I was playing the live video (linked above), the actual video (not great to watch if you want to hear the song but great if you want to eyeball Jesse Williams), the lyric video, the Spanish version…the list goes on.  I would go so far as to say it is one of my favourite songs of hers and possibly up there in my favourite songs ever. The trumpets at the beginning, the range she displays, the emotion in the song. It all works for me! I almost swapped this post for Anyone but I genuinely think this is a better song, not as emotional but just better…

Follow me on YouTube to watch the whole playlist. So here it goes, press play, listen and love it.

Let’s keep growing!
