Have you heard of EDEN BodyWorks before? The first time I remember coming across them was in a picture of Farouk James surrounded by their products. And I thought wow! If those products contributed even just 1% to how amazing his hair looks, then surely in the quest of finding my Holy Grail products, they were worth a go!

I wasn’t in the market for more skin care products or any products at all. I’m a product junkie and I’ve pretty much filled my shelf in the bathroom. And spilled onto the other shelf. And in another cupboard too. Not to mention the products that are out because I’m actually using them. They are everywhere, down the side of the sofa, on windowsills, even in the fridge. It’s been well over a year since I chose to go bald. I have hit the milestone of 1 whole year and 3 months. And I’m not bored of this whole healthy hair blogging thing. That’s a long time. But also really short in the context of me being on a journey to tailbone length hair. And yes, I am still aiming for that ridiculous and lofty goal. When I decided to buy my first co-wash I had no idea what I was doing. In the UK, you can’t just walk into your local supermarket and buy hair products specifically for black hair/ kinky hair. You might find curly hair products if you’re lucky and if you do, the selection is small. My usual place to buy products for hair, skin or beauty is Boots and they had none.
